Mike Bockelman

At the beginning of a project, you will most likely meet with Mike. He will be assisting you during the preliminary phases of the estimate, the design stage, in addition to the final proposal. In addition to your designated project manager, Mike will also oversee all the phases of your construction project.
Lorilyn Bockelman
Office Operations Manager

Lorilyn manages the office operations including helping clients with their final proposal, contract, and accounting. Lorilyn is the contact for questions about contracts, invoices, and payments.
Olivia Sheley
Client Coordinator

Heather Hirschi
Design Coordinator

Heather is our Design Coordinator. She will help guide you through the process of selecting all of the finishes for your project as well as tracking your choices and ordering material. Heather is also available as a point of contact throughout pre-construction to help answer questions and keep you up to date.
Ross Fralick
Senior Project Manager

Ross joined our team in 2022 after moving from the Steamboat Springs area and has been in construction for over 35 years. He has managed multi million dollar projects and has the competency, experience and eye for detail to handle any project. His ability to communicate complicated building practices while navigating the customers design wishes to a successful completion are second to none.
Ross serves as a project manager and advisor/educator to our staff.( He’s basically like Yoda) We’ve been fortunate to have him on our team.
Ross enjoys the daily tangible accomplishments that come in a well managed project.
Sean Maestas
Project Estimating, Scheduling and Takeoff

Sean joined the team in 2021 and has over 12 years of construction experience. Sean has served in the military since 2012 with the United States Naval Construction Battalions, also known as the Navy Seabees on active duty and as a reservist. Sean is on our Project Development team and will prepare the schedule and timeline for your project, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, as well as help prepare your final proposal.
Sean loves creating and bringing projects and ideas from concept to reality.
Jeremy Behrndt
Project Superintendent/Lead Carpenter
Jeremy joined our team in 2020 as a carpenter assistant and has grown within the company to a lead carpenter and is also assisting with project management. Jeremy is originally from Florida and has over 15 years of construction experience. Jeremy will be available to answer questions and help troubleshoot issues as well as make any necessary repairs throughout the construction phase. We are proud of Jeremy and his growth in our little company.
Jeremy loves trim and fine carpentry but had spent many years in the framing trades.
Joe Recine
Carpenter
Joe joined Blue Pine Construction in 2024 after relocating from New York. He has over 20 years of construction experience. He will be onsite performing various carpentry duties. Joe will be available to answer questions and help troubleshoot issues as well as make any necessary repairs throughout the construction phase. Joe brings a skill set and problem solving capacity unique to older eastern homes and big city construction.
Joe enjoys the gratification of the final product. He loves creating something that looks amazing while it benefits the livability of our clients homes.
