Mike Bockelman

At the beginning of a project, you will most likely meet with Mike. He will be assisting you during the preliminary phases of the estimate, the design stage, in addition to the final proposal. In addition to your designated project manager, Mike will also oversee all the phases of your construction project.
Lorilyn Bockelman
Office Operations Manager

Lorilyn manages the office operations including helping clients with their final proposal, contract, and accounting. Lorilyn is the contact for questions about contracts, invoices, and payments.
Cami Richards
Design Coordinator

Cami started with us in 2025 as our Design Coordinator. She brings over 20 years of customer service and design experience to the table. With a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, Cami will ensure seamless communication between clients and our team. From 3D drawings to design selections, Cami is committed to making the design process as smooth and stress free as possible.
Ross Fralick
Senior Project Manager

Ross joined our team in 2022 after moving from the Steamboat Springs area and has been in construction for over 35 years. He has managed multi million dollar projects and has the competency, experience and eye for detail to handle any project. His ability to communicate complicated building practices while navigating the customers design wishes to a successful completion are second to none.
Ross serves as a project manager and advisor/educator to our staff.( He’s basically like Yoda) We’ve been fortunate to have him on our team.
Ross enjoys the daily tangible accomplishments that come in a well managed project.
Kyle Earley
Junior Project Manager
Kyle joined our team in 2024 after moving to Northern Colorado from California. He has over 10 years of construction experience. He will be onsite managing projects and performing various carpentry duties. Kyle enjoys teaching new carpenters and learning new techniques. His skills include framing, finish carpentry and heavy equipment operation.
