Our customer needed more room for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. We added a larger concrete patio and 2 decks with a pergola. The decking chosen was Timbertech in Antigua Gold and Antique Palm. The pergola is made from rough sawn cedar.
Having done other work for this customer we knew we would love working at this beautiful Old Town Fort Collins home. Bill needed parking for two and a studio area for his wife to craft, create and unwind while honoring the architecture of his home. Bill and I collaborated on design and this amazing two […]
For this project we opened up a divider wall to add a beautiful butcher block bar top and range hood vent. We also installed new hickory cabinets, successfully reused a portion of counter top, installed butcher block counter top near stove, reworked ceiling to accommodate the range hood vent and put in a new tile […]
As you can see Mangaris is quite beautiful! It is produced from a genuine hardwood specie called Red Balau. We replaced the existing decking on this covered front porch in Old Town Fort Collins.
This stunning cedar pergola and concrete slab make the perfect place for family dinners. Completed with Ozco hardware.
Our customers had just finished remodeling their kitchen and wanted to keep the flow of entertaining space into their backyard. A gathering place for family and friends with custom grill and granite counter top, built in benches and custom hand rail. The composite decking is Deckorators Vista in Ironwood.
Created for more entertaining space in this large shaded backyard. We used a rough stone stamp with natural colors and added lighting on the steps.
We were asked to remove an aging front porch and replace with stamped concrete and composite. We used Deckorator composite in colors – Rosewood and Milled Maple. It is a perfect complement to already beautiful landscaping.
After the design consultation we went to the drawing board and were compelled to design this custom outdoor space with an Asian inspired pergola. The customer loved our design and it expanded from there. Also included was the metal bamboo screens, a gas grill with concrete countertops, and lighting for evening use.
This was a new construction house and the client wanted a large deck for entertaining, a lot of entertaining, 1200 sq/ft worth. The client wanted a deck design that would curve in and out of the naturally wooded lot, to bring nature closer. An avid gardener, the deck would also serve as a platform to […]
This dog ramp shows that no job is too small for Blue Pine Construction. As you can see in the picture our little client was very happy. (Our paying one was too!) This project has Mangaris decking over a treated wood substructure and two coats of rosewood oil.
Replacing an old deck with low maintenance composite is visually rewarding! Super fun project with two decks. We used TimberTech composite decking in Rustic Elm.
This is a great example of how Blue Pine Construction can transform any space into a useable outdoor living space. We removed a window, placed a new sliding door and added cascading stairs with custom railing that ends on a new deck. This project is made from maintenance free composite.
What a beautiful setting to get to build a deck and pergola and a joy to work with such a wonderful client! This project is made of pressure treated Pine with a coat of oil that is an attractive and cost effective alternative to the high prices of Redwood and Composite decking.
Lindsey and Diana were great clients to work with. They had a general idea of their desired unique design but wanted to consider some maintenance free decking options. They also expressed a need for privacy. This deck is an example of taking the clients needs and vision, our knowledge in materials and products suited for […]
